Terms & Conditions
Same-Day Appointment Fee: For all same-day appointments, there will be a non-refundable fee of $100. This fee will be charged at the time of booking and is separate from the service charges.

Travel Fee: A travel fee will be applicable for mobile detailing services and will be calculated based on the distance traveled from our location to the service location. The travel fee will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per mile.
Please note that the travel fee will be in addition to the service charges.
Price Adjustments: The amount paid on the website at the time of booking represents a deposit to secure your appointment. Please be aware that the final price of the service may vary based on the condition of your vehicle. After evaluating the condition of the car, we will provide an accurate and updated invoice reflecting any necessary price adjustments. The final invoice amount will be due upon completion of the service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or changes to the appointment must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the same-day appointment fee. For rescheduled appointments, the same-day appointment fee will be transferred to the new appointment.

Service Limitations: Our mobile detailing services are subject to availability and the limitations of our equipment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on factors such as accessibility, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the appointment.

Liability: While we take utmost care and precautions during the detailing process, GQ Mobile Detailing shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of personal belongings or accessories left inside the vehicle during or after the service.

Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
